Silk Digital Printing
We are now running two production sized digital printers. They enables us to print a mulitcoloured image directly from a computer. They work on an eight colour process so the reproduction of colour is very accurate.
Iur printed silk comes on 45′ wide, from traditional polka-dots to elegant floral and extra ordinary prints.
If reverse colour is important on your scarves, it is best to select a lighter weight fabric from our range. If the fabric is thinner it enables more colour to penetrate through the fibres onto the reverse of the scarf.
Popular choices are single georgette, habotai, light crepe de chine, light satin, silk modal, poly chiffon, silcott voile and silcott habotai. Also makes a lovely winter weight scarf, however, due to the weight of the fabric the reverse side is likely to be paler.
